Mireya Morgan Properties was born from a simple but powerful intention — to create genuine freedom today and lay the foundation for our children's financial future for generations to come.
Morgan is Ellis's middle name — Lindsey's maiden name carried forward. Mireya is Imogen's middle name, meaning miracle. Born 11 weeks early, spending her first weeks in the NICU — when she came home, something shifted. We decided to build something worthy of her name.

The Name
Our daughter Imogen was born 11 weeks early. From the moment she arrived, she was a fighter — spending her first weeks in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit surrounded by wires, monitors, and the incredible NHS staff who cared for her. Watching her fight was one of the most humbling experiences of our lives.
Her middle name is Mireya. It means miracle. And that is exactly what she is.
When she came home, something shifted. We decided to build something that reflected her — purposeful, resilient, and built to last. A business that would create a different kind of future for our children and the generations that follow them.
Morgan is Ellis's middle name — Lindsey's maiden name, kept alive and carried forward. Put the two together and you have Mireya Morgan Properties. Not a brand. A promise to our children.
The Family
Two children. Two site visitors. Two reasons for everything we do. Ellis (5) is our excelling first born — sharp, curious, already with opinions on layout. Imogen (2½) is going on 18 and runs every room she walks into. They both love visiting the properties and watching the transformations.
The Founders
Both working full time. Two young children. Building a property business from scratch. That is the reality behind Mireya Morgan Properties — and we would not have it any other way.
We are 14 months into our journey with two completed flips and our third project live in Uplands, Swansea. We source exclusively at auction for speed. We use AI to plan every design decision. We are guided by Ryan Fletcher of Property Ascension — working towards multi-unit acquisitions and commercial/residential conversions.

Project 01 · March 2025 · Merthyr Tydfil
CF47 9JF · 3-Bed → converted to 4-Bed Semi-Detached
Our first auction purchase. A probate property that on the surface looked manageable — until we discovered undisclosed fire damage so severe the fire service had previously attended and the entire roof structure needed a full rebuild. None of this was declared by the auction house. A formal misrepresentation complaint is currently with the Property Ombudsman.
We did not walk away. We rebuilt the garage as a rear extension, moved the bathroom downstairs, and converted from 3 to 4 bedrooms. Delivered and sold for £215,000. In year one. Around full-time jobs and two young children.
Refurb elevated by undisclosed fire damage. Ombudsman case pending — potential additional recovery of £10k–£20k.
Project 02 · Ebbw Vale
NP23 5LY · 3-Bed Semi-Detached
A tight street with real potential — particularly the opportunity to create off-road parking. Known challenges included significant bamboo in the rear garden. Works included full kitchen diner knockthrough, downstairs WC, off-road parking, garden levelling, chimney repair and full exterior render. A cleaner deal than Project 1, delivered more efficiently.

Our first city-based project — next to Brynmill Park, 10 minutes from the beach, in one of Swansea's most sought-after postcodes. A probate property left completely full of the previous owner's entire life — jewellery, cameras, records, TVs, art and china in every room. Structural works required plus large-scale clearance before any renovation could begin.
We are targeting the luxury end of specification — herringbone oak flooring, brushed brass throughout, Shaker cabinetry, quartz worktops, freestanding bath. Every room planned using AI before any trade is briefed. 16-week target.
Full AI design documentation, room-by-room spec guides and renders available to serious investors on request.
